Always turn the can upside down before opening. This will
help the pulp to shake well. This will enhance the pulp quality. When stocked,
there should be ambient temperature and high temperature should be avoided
under all circumstances.
Its natural that there little charring of the pulp inside
the can, and should not be mistaken as poor quality or anything of that sort.
The puree/pulp should be used within 1 hour of opening of
the can or sooner. Or transfer contents to glass container to store in
refrigerator, and should be used within 4-5 days.
